Godly Motherhood with Terri Hitt

Godly Motherhood with Terri Hitt

Welcome to the Godly Motherhood podcast! Are you a Christian woman who wants to deepen your identity in Christ and make Him known to your children? Me, too. I’m Terri, an author, keynote speaker, mentor, and mom who has raised two sets of children over two generations, with one daughter now in Heaven. I’m here to equip you in the hardest responsibility a mom carries - to raise kids to chase Christ over culture. I’ll help you discern the difference between a “good” mom as the world describes it - and a godly mom seeking Christlike transformation moment by moment. Together, we’ll inhale Christ so we effortlessly exhale Him onto our children. Now that you’re a mom, you’ve probably discovered you need an intentional plan to raise children to follow the Word instead of the world. Because if you don’t, society WILL sway your child AWAY from God’s truths. You must know how to form a biblical foundation on which your children will grow their personal house of faith using God’s truths to lovingly disciple them. Remember, motherhood is meant to be surrendered to God daily. Despite what society teaches, you aren’t enough. That’s because you weren’t meant to be! But through HIM, you ARE beautifully capable. God chose you for this exact moment and for the unique children He entrusted to your care. It’s time to rise and intentionally raise them to chase Christ over culture. Do you realize you’re the first Jesus your child will see? How are you making Him known? Are you an unintentional barrier between your child and Christ? Or does His light shine through you to mold the hearts of your children? The Godly Motherhood podcast prepares you to parent with Christ in the center of your heart, mind, words, actions, reactions, and desires. As you learn to prayerfully parent with purpose, you’ll build healthy connection with Christ and your children that will last into eternity. You’ll become a set-apart woman with set-apart kids. You’ll transform from a good parent to godly mother who affects her family for generations. There’s NO better legacy you can leave. I have some suggested next steps: 1. Visit my website: terrihitt.com 2. While you’re on the website, grab your complimentary Good to Godly: 31-Day Scripture and Prayer Guide for Moms. 3. Join The Set-Apart Collective Community – Have you decided peers and culture won’t be the main influence over your precious children? Together, we can rise and raise kids who chase Christ, not culture - kids who live in this world, but aren’t formed by it.
