Enroll in the Edifi Podcaster Program

Before you can use the Edifi Podcaster Studio, you must enroll in the Edifi podcaster program to create a podcaster account. Here are a few different scenarios.

You are a new user

If you are a new user, simply sign up as a podcaster here.

You’ll receive an email with the instructions to verify your email address. Follow the link in the email. Once your email address is verified, you will be prompted to log in. Sign in with your credentials. Now you have created a podcaster account and have enrolled in the podcaster program. Remember to update your profile after you log in for the first time.

You are already an Edifi user created with email & password

If you have already created a regular Edifi account using email & password, use the credentials of your current Edifi account to enroll in the program here.

You’ll receive an email with the instructions to verify your email address. Follow the link in the email. Once your email address is verified, you will be prompted to log in. Sign in with your credentials. Now you have converted your account to a podcaster account and have enrolled in the podcaster program. Remember to update your profile after you log in for the first time.

Rest assured, your podcaster account would still have all the listener data and functionality intact. You can still use your podcaster account to access the Edifi app as usual.

You are already an Edifi user created with 3rd-party sign-in

If you have already created a regular Edifi account using 3rd-party sign-in, unfortunately, we don’t allow 3rd-party sign-in to access the podcaster studio for security measurements. You will need to set a password for your account before you can proceed.

If you want to reset your password, you may request a password reset here in the Studio. It’ll prompt you to become a podcaster after you reset the password successfully.

Once you have created a password for your account, use the email associated with your 3rd-party sign-in and the password you just created to enroll in the program here.

Note: For Apple SSO users, if you have the Hide My Email option checked during the signup process, you will need to use the unique random email address that Apple assigned to you. Learn more.

Now you have converted your account to a podcaster account and have enrolled in the podcaster program. Remember to update your profile after you log in for the first time.

Rest assured, your podcaster account would still have all the listener data and functionality intact. You can still use your podcaster account to access the Edifi app with 3rd-party sign-in just as usual.

You are not sure

If you not sure whether you have created an account, or you don’t remember how you have created it. Just go to https://studio.edifi.app, and try to sign up with the email & password you want.

  1. If it sends you a verification email, congratulations, you probably haven’t created an account. Follow the instructions, and you will have a podcaster account.

  2. If it tells you that the email has already been taken, that means you already have an account. If you don’t remember the password, go here to reset it.
