Why Does Playback Keep Stopping on My Phone?

There can be many reason for playback issues. Here’s a list of some possible causes.

  1. Network issue. You may be experiencing slow connections or other internet connection problems. Check your connection and try again.

  2. The hosting of the podcaster may be experiencing issues. Edifi do not host most of the media files. Episodes are directly streamed from the file hosted the podcasters. Wait for a few hours, and usually it would be fixed automatically.

  3. You may have encounter a bug in the App. Contact us here, or leave a feedback in the App to let us know.
